Amman, March 3 (Petra) — The Regional Director of the World Health Organization (WHO) Alaa Alwan on Thursday urged the international donor community to fulfill their commitment and fill critical funding gaps faced by the health sector in Syria, where there is a pressing need for US$437.21 million to meet growing health needs.
