Victoria’s border to Sydney and the Central Coast will remain shut over New Year’s Eve after the Victorian health minister warned that NSW is “not out of the woods yet”. Two new cases of coronavirus were recorded in returned international travellers in Victorian hotel quarantine on Monday. There were no new cases of coronavirus in the community.
