Usain Bolt: Sebastian Coe’s IAAF reform package is bold move

The Jamaica sprinter is impressed with Coe’s proposals ahead of the International Association of Athletics Federations special congress in Monaco on Saturday. The IAAF’s 207 member associations meet to vote on Coe’s package of reforms at the first special congress in over 20 years.
