The Cross-Border Institute at the University of Windsor, in partnership with Michigan State University’s Canadian Studies Center, will undertake an economic impact and opportunities study of the Gordie Howe International Bridge project. The Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority made the announcement Wednesday afternoon.
