The Food Taipei international fair kicked off on Wednesday with a large presence of Spanish-speaking countries displaying their products in an attempt to introduce them into the Taiwanese market. Spain is showing a great variety of foods including Iberian ham, sausages, preserved meat, oil, vinegar, and wine and spirits.
