South Korea’s President Moon Jae-in was greeted by North Korean leader Kim Jong Un at Pyongyang Sunan International Airport on Tuesday (September 18) as Moon visited the North for his third summit with Kim, seeking to cement a breakthrough in faltering nuclear talks between Pyongyang and Washington.
