NSW’s Warrumbungles National Park is home to the Southern Hemisphere’s first and only Dark-Sky Park. The park, designated in 2016 by the International Dark-Sky Association, is known as the astronomy capital of Australia — and recognised for its breathtakingly starry nights where the pristine sky is unimpeded by artificial light.
