The sister of international student Aiia Maasarwe murdered in Melbourne said the young woman chose to study in Australia because she believed it was a safer than the US. Noor Maasarwe told of her heartbreak after learning her sister was killed while walking home at Bundoora, north of the city, on Tuesday night.
