RODERICK Jarae Pierce and Shunei Ishiguro, 10th grade students of Saipan International School, want to help implement the mayor’s office beautification program. On Thursday, they met with Mayor David M. Apatang to discuss their plan to repaint the World War II tank at the Quartermaster-Beach Road intersection.
