SCOTTISH Water’s international arm has completed its second major assignment in the Canadian city of Calgary. A five-strong team of core consultants from the Dunfermline-based utility, which is 100 per cent-owned by the Scottish Government, undertook a year-long review of Calgary’s Water Resources business unit.
