Rosie O’Donnell is downsizing and that includes selling her five properties on one compound in Nyack for right around $11 million. The comedian, who also has homes for sale in Florida and New Jersey, has owned the spread since 2013, but is now looking to downsize, said her realtor Hamid Moghadam, of Ellis Sotheby’s International Realty.
