R ussia has been banned from competing in next month’s Rio Paralympics after losing an appeal against a blanket doping ban. The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) on August 23 upheld the International Paralympic Committee’s (IPC) ban on the entire Russian Paralympics team.
