BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) – “Marshall”, the new Hollywood film about Thurgood Marshall, the first African-American Supreme Court Justice will be premiering at the North Park Theatre on Hertel Avenue in Buffalo on Saturday. It will be the main film at the Buffalo International Film Festival (BIFF).
