PRIME Minister Dr Keith Rowley will speak at a joint conference hosted by the Government and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on November 2. A statement from the Finance Ministry said the Prime Minister will formally open the Fifth Annual High Level Caribbean Forum on that day at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Portof- Spain at 9 am.
