The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) has placed its staff, volunteers and logistics in a state of high alert in the wake of the anticipated impact of Typhoon Nina (international name Nock ten). The Operations Center is closely monitoring the path of the typhoon and is coordinating with concerned Chapters for possible rescue and relief operations.
