CIRCLE PINES, Minn. (AP) _ Northern Technologies International Corp. (NTIC) on Wednesday reported a fiscal third-quarter loss of $965,000, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier. On a per-share basis, the Circle Pines, Minnesota-based company said it had a loss of 11 cents.
