Tatti Lashes is a new international beauty brand that specialises in luxury strip eyelashes but the renowned beauty business all started in Liverpool. Elliot Barton, 26, and Charlotte Tiplady, 28, from Walton, who have been best friends since high school launched Tatti Lashes because they wanted to conquer the beauty market in Liverpool.
