The Chairman of the Senate Committee on the Federal Capital Territory and Founder of Anti-Corruption Network, Senator Dino Melaye, has asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to commence the investigation of Manitoba Hydro International Nigeria Limited over alleged abuse of Public Procurement Act and diversion of funds amounting to N13.
