Edgar Lungu yesterday held a crisis meeting with worried Directors of Avic international following revelations that Avic has corruptly built him mansions. Avic is the same company Lungu has awarded a $US 397 million to construct the Copperbelt Airport without following tender procedures, a criminal offence.
