A former international canoeist who led the Paralympics GB team in Rio has been made an OBE by Prince Charles. received the honour during an investiture ceremony at Buckingham Palace on Friday, February 17. She tweeted after the ceremony to say that she had “a fabulous day” and that she felt “proud” to receive the honour.
