Thomas Kucharski, president and CEO of Invest Buffalo Niagara, was elected to serve a one-year term as secretary/treasurer of the International Economic Development Council. Kucharski’s term starts in January. The IEDC is a nonprofit member organization serving more than 5,000 economic developers.
