OSTRAVA, Czech Republic (AP) — The International Skating Union has changed the short dance leaders at the European figure skating championships after a video review. Anna Cappellini and Luca Lanotte of Italy were dropped to second and Ekaterina Bobrova and Dmitri Soloviev of Russia promoted to leaders.
