Meanwhile, the number of refugees the Owensboro site has resettled remains well below fiscal-year projections, and its future, said Chief Operations Officer Chris Kantosky, has become uncertain.
“It’s a sad truth, but we have to adjust our staff in accordance to the number of refugees we receive,” he said.
