MANILA — The Philippines’ gaming regulator said it granted a provisional license to the local unit of Hong Kong’s Landing International. Landing Resorts Philippines Development Corp plans to include a casino in its tourism project with the Nayong Pilipino Foundation, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp said in a statement.
