CHANDIGARH: Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today gave approval for the setting up of a special purpose vehicle (SPV) – Haryana International Horticultural Marketing Corporation Limited ( HIHMCL ) incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 – to facilitate work on the international terminal market.
