Covid-19: Victoria emerges from lockdown with no new local cases Restrictions haven’t completely wound back to pre-lockdown levels.

Victoria has no new locally acquired coronavirus cases for a second straight day as schools, offices and businesses reopen after the state’s five-day “circuit breaker” lockdown.

The Department of Health reported just one new case today, a returned international traveller in hotel quarantine.
