HANGZHOU, Sept. 5 (Xinhua) — China always sees France as an important strategic partner no matter how international situations change, Chinese President Xi Jinping said Monday. Xi made the remarks while meeting with French President Francois Hollande after a two-day G20 summit in the eastern city of Hangzhou.
