Washington, DC – The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (CBPP), a nonpartisan research and policy institute in Washington, D.C., today voluntarily recognized an 88-member staff union represented by the Nonprofit Professional Employees Union (NPEU), Local 70 of the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers.
