TORONTO, June 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) announced today that it entered into a definitive agreement to invest approximately US$600 million in Ant International Co., Limited (“Ant International”), a wholly-owned off-shore subsidiary of Ant Small and Micro Financial Services Group Co.
