Bad weather disrupted flights of Philippine Airlines (PAL) and Cebu Pacific Air (CEB) on Saturday. At the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2, Flight PR421 bound for Haneda, Japan, and its return Flight PR422 were canceled. Also, the Manila-Kansai Flight PR408, and Manila-Nagoya Flight PR438 were grounded.
