Once a year, thousands of photojournalists converge on the streets of the southern French city of Perpignan for the International Festival of Photojournalism, Visa Pour L’Image . On exhibition this year was former Fairfax photographer Andrew Quilty’s documentation of Afghanistan, After Enduring Freedom.
