IMF and World Bank reports predict improved economic outlook for Africa in 2017. Tuesday morning, the International Monetary Fund released its flagship report, The report forecasts an increase in global economic growth from 3.1 percent to 3.5 percent in 2017 and 3.6 percent in 2018.
