WELLINGTON, New Zealand (Radio New Zealand International, Oct. 11) – A preliminary study has been carried out to replace diesel fuel with coconut-based bio-fuel on the Fiji island of Rotuma. Radio Fiji reports that the study is part of the Asian Development Bank’s renewal of energy and energy efficiency programme for the Pacific.
