Louisiana’s second Senate debate begins at 7 p.m. Tuesday night at Centenary College in Shreveport. It’s the first debate that will feature all three major candidates: Sen. Mary Landrieu, Rep. Bill Cassidy and Rob Maness. The debate is hosted by the Council for a Better Louisiana and Louisiana Public Broadcasting.
