U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara (buh-RAH’-ruh) traveled to Albany on Monday to address a meeting of the state Conference of Mayors and speak on a public radio program sponsored by good-government groups. He also joined Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo (KWOH’-moh) and other leaders for the swearing in of the state’s new chief judge.
