MINNEAPOLIS — Minnesota is submitting its final bid to host the 2018 Super Bowl. Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority Chair Michele Kelm-Helgen tells Minnesota Public Radio News (http://bit.ly/1onYcvF ) the final bid is being sent to the NFL Tuesday afternoon. Minnesota submitted its preliminary bid on April 1.
