Minnesota appears set to fall short of greenhouse gas goals

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Minnesota is falling behind on its effort to cut greenhouse gases. A mandate passed in 2007 had set a goal to reduce emissions by 15 percent from 2005 to 2015. But Minnesota Public Radio News (http://bit.ly/16Ne3kt ) reports the state hadn’t hit the halfway point by 2012.
