Estonian economy and communications ministry roads department and Tallinn city government transport department have received multiple letters from the London Taxi Company, in which the company’s sales manager Ross MacKerron expresses the wish to expand the world-famous black taxicabs business to Estonia, LETA/Public Broadcasting reports.
