APPLETON – Between backpacks, notebooks, pencils and markers, parents have a lot of expenses each fall. With your help, The Post-Crescent’s Backpacks for Kids Do It! Campaign can ease the back-to-school burden on low-income families. The campaign kicks off today and will provide 2,300 school-age kids in need with a backpack and essential supplies.
