By Chesa Chesa, Abuja. President Goodluck Jonathan on Friday commissioned a public radio station operated fully by the Nigerian armed forces, saying it would mark a turning point in the ongoing Counter-Terrorism and Counter-Insurgency (CT COIN) operations in the country.
