They will be able to “ask for deferred payment for their taxes and social contributions” to relieve their cash flow, Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne said on French public radio station Franceinfo. Ms. Borne also hoped that small businesses “in difficulty” would be able to “spread” the payment of energy bills “over the first months of the year.”
