Forum Cinemas, owner company of the Coca-Cola Plaza multiplex cinema in Tallinn, did not get a permission from the Competition Board to buy the competing Solaris Kino as Forum Cinemas withdrew from the planned transaction five day before the Competition Board’s decision was due, LETA/Public Broadcasting reports.
