Ole Miss trying to get out of SEC funk this weekend facing Texas A&M

Ole Miss has still lost seven of its last eight games on the diamond after not being able to finish its midweek game against Southern Miss this past Tuesday. The Rebels are sitting at 0-6 in conference play for the first time since 1996. Should Ole Miss drop to 0-7 this evening, it would be the first time the Rebels have done so in the modern era.

Ole Miss is obviously hoping that’s not the case this evening and hope to take its first conference series of the season against the Texas A&M Aggies, who have also stumbled right out of the gate of conference play.

The Aggies are sitting at 15-10 overall and 1-5 in conference play after dropping two of three to No. 1 LSU and getting swept this past weekend on the road at Tennessee.
