UND has named Karla Mongeon-Stewart as the school’s next Vice President for Finance & Operations/Chief Operating Officer, effective July 18th.
Mongeon-Stewart is currently associate vice president for finance. She will succeed Jed Shivers, who has accepted a similar job at Stony Brook University on Long Island, New York.
UND says Mongeon-Stewart will get a three-year renewable contract.
The Fargo native has been with UND since 2015.
