Description
As part of the International Year of Millets (IYM) 2023 celebration, the IYM Secretariat, hosted by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN as the lead agency, is bringing together chefs from around the world to participate in this live millets cooking event. Featured chefs who are actively promoting millets for consumption and integration into diets include Chef Anahita (India, pearl/barnyard millets) Chef Binta (Ghana, fonio), Chef Mokgadi (South Africa, sorghum), and Chef Pacheco (Ecuador, millets).
