The Ball Theater, the French participation at the 18th International Architecture Exhibition—La Biennale di Venezia — under the coordination of the Institut français, with the partnership of the French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the French Minister of Culture— , opens the Radio Utopia Ball, organized by the LIAT laboratory, ENSA Paris-Malaquais, and the AAU Cresson laboratory, ENSA Grenoble.
Radio Utopia is a sound laboratory imagined by Carlotta Darò and Nicolas Tixier, a radio theater that will take place inside the Ball Theater from August 1 to 5. As a recepting and broadcasting antenna, Radio Utopia extends the experience of debate, sound perception and exchange beyond the geographical and temporal perimeters of the Pavilion, the Giardini, and Venice.
