Hamas has threatened to begin executing hostages in retaliation to Israeli airstrikes in Gaza that occur without warning, The Times of Israel reported, quoting spokesperson for Hamas’ Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades.

“From this hour, any targeting of our people in the safety of their homes, without warning, will be met with the execution of civilian hostages, which will be broadcast with video and audio,” the spokesperson, who goes by the nom de guerre Abu Obeida, said, the outlet reported.
