Estonian Finance Ministry Sees Deficit Rising to 4.3% of GDP

Estonia expects its budget deficit to increase to 4.3% of GDP in 2023 from 0.9% in 2022, according to a Finance Ministry forecast posted by Estonian Public Broadcasting.
