It has been confined on the official English language broadcast for the Bali Dota 2 Major that Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko has been disqualified from the tournament as a result of watching a stream during the match against Tundra Esports yesterday. Roman “Resolut1on” Fomynok will be standing in for BetBoom for the rest of the tournament.

Yesterday at the Dota 2 Bali Major, BetBoom defeated reigning TI champions Tundra Esports 2-0, including an epic 100+ minute game, to secure their spot at The International 12. Now, less than 24 hours later, that result has been overturned after it was discovered that a BetBoom player was watching a live stream on Twitch during a pause in the game.
