Eros Media World PLC (“Eros Media”, “Eros” or the “Company”) (NYSE: EMWP), a global Indian media and entertainment company previously announced that it had duly filed an appeal with the New York
Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) to review the determination made by the NYSE Regulation to commence proceedings to delist the Company’s A ordinary shares and suspend trading immediately (the “Staff
Determination”).
Following discussion with the Staff, the date of the Company’s hearing on the appeal has been rescheduled from December 15, 2022 to April 13, 2023.
